Kirsten - Psychometrist

A psychometrist is one who performs testing services to aid in evaluations. Kirsten’s prides herself in helping each client to perform to the best of their ability during testing. Kirsten grew up in Richmond, Virginia and graduated from Mary Washington College (now called the University of Mary Washington), with a BS in Psychology. She worked for the Department of the Navy in Japan until moving to Italy where she spent 3 difficult years in Italy, eating pasta, and becoming fluent in Italian. Moving to Colorado Springs almost 6 years ago, she has been using her skills, experience, and passion for this field as a psychometrist. Kirsten has a teenager and a set of boy-girl twins keeping her busy. During her limited downtime because of the active kiddos, she enjoys road biking, gardening, and walking her cocker spaniel, Dash.

Koen Pull – Neurofeedback Technician

Koen is a graduate from Colorado State University with a BS in psychology concentrating on cognitive neuroscience and biological underpinnings of the mind. Koen found his niche during a high school psychology lecture and has been passionate about the field ever since. Being a native, you’ll find him exploring the mountains, hiking, biking, and skiing. Additionally, Koen is an avid musician who can play the guitar and piano. Odds are he’s either playing or listening to music outside working hours. Although there is not much downtime, as he’s enrolled at UNC’s graduate program focusing on clinical mental health counseling.

Walt Mcclung – Lead Neurofeedback Technician

Walt retired from the Air Force after serving 22 years in February 2017. He completed his BS in biology during his time in the Air Force while working as a surgical technician. Walt has worked as a neurofeedback technician for the past five years and has continued to gain expertise in the field as a result. Walt finds the intricacies of the brain and its connections to all areas of life fascinating and has seen neurofeedback help numerous people. Neurofeedback is an ever-changing, challenging area where Walt can continue to serve people. After retirement, Walt started his Master’s degree in Counseling. During his downtime, Walt enjoys spending time with his 12-year older daughter and watching sports. Walt’s sports teams are Pittsburgh Steelers and Duke’s Blue Devil basketball.

Mark Andre - Office Manager

As office manager, Mark's goal is to keep the organizational support as seamless and inobtrusive as possible, so you, our client, are better served. This will help you to focus on and enjoy the treatment you receive here. Mark grew up in New York. After receiving his degree in business management, he began a commodity trading and financial investment company. Among other things, he has managed a database company, worked in emergency services as an EMT in New York City, and consulted for various businesses and nonprofit ministries. Mark is passionate about life, family, faith, cultures and travel. On his downtime, Mark is currently enjoying the adventures of being a grandfather as his twin daughters have each had a daughter within a few months of each other.
